Now That There's a Food Shortage Going On...

We need to think about OZONE again! -
We've warned about
food
shortages before, but now there's a new reason crops are
being damaged: ozone. Global warming, bee deaths, droughts and
fuel prices are just a few reasons for the current global food
crisis that is making headlines around the world. Rising levels
of ozone in the atmosphere from vehicle emissions are also
part of the problem, lowering the yield of important food
crops, such as wheat and soybeans.

How Did They Do It?

For centuries, modern violin makers have tried in vain to
recreate musical instruments that sound as good as the ones
the Italian masters made in the 17th century. Researchers
now think that the wonderful music from a Stradivarius is due
to the density of the wood it was made from and that, in
turn, has to do with how COLD the weather was at that time.
